Prices may change due to fluctuations in raw material costs or changes requested by the customer.

Artwork Approval

Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all artwork, proofs, layouts, dimensions, and specifications before production.

Prabhuram Papers Private Limited shall not be responsible for errors approved by the customer.

Production & Delivery

Estimated production and delivery dates are indicative only.

While every effort is made to meet committed schedules, delays caused by force majeure, logistics providers, customs, government restrictions, or circumstances beyond our control shall not constitute a breach of contract.

Payments

Payment terms shall be as agreed in the quotation, purchase order, or invoice.

Production may commence only after receipt of the agreed advance payment where applicable.

Delayed payments may attract applicable interest charges.

Intellectual Property

Customers warrant that they own or have permission to use all artwork, trademarks, logos, text, and other materials submitted for printing.

The customer shall indemnify Prabhuram Papers Private Limited against any claims arising from copyright or intellectual property infringement.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability shall be limited to the value of the affected order.

We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses including business interruption or loss of profits.
