Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: July 23, 2026

Prabhuram Papers Private Limited manufactures customized printed products according to customer specifications. Due to the personalized nature of our products, the following policy applies.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled only before production has commenced.

Once artwork has been approved or manufacturing has begun, cancellations cannot be accepted.

If cancellation is approved before production starts, any payment already made (after deducting applicable administrative or design costs, if any) will be refunded.

Refund Policy

Since our products are custom manufactured, refunds are generally not applicable unless:

• The product received is significantly different from the approved specifications.
• The product has manufacturing defects attributable to us.
• The wrong product has been supplied.

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery along with supporting photographs and relevant details.

After verification, approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days using the original mode of payment.

Returns

Returns are accepted only in cases of:

• Manufacturing defects
• Incorrect products supplied
• Products substantially different from approved specifications

Products must not have been used, altered, or further processed.

Customers should notify us within 7 days of delivery before returning any goods.

Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Exchange

Where applicable, defective products may be replaced instead of refunded.

Replacement timelines will depend on production schedules and product specifications.

Non-Returnable Products

The following products are not eligible for return or refund:

• Customized printed books
• Packaging materials produced to customer specifications
• Printed cartons
• Rigid boxes
• Promotional materials
• Products approved through customer artwork or proofs unless manufacturing defects are present.
